Special thanks to Warren for an accurate estimate as well as having the car ready exactly when promised. Reliable repair folks are hard to find and it’s great to have someone who can be trusted.

I had my appointment for 20 Dec 2025 at 8am. When arriving Warren checked me in and I mentioned I needed to leave by 930am at the latest due to another appointment. They were able to get me in and out with ease and I really appreciated all their help even though I could see they were very busy with many customers that early morning. Really appreciate Warren and overall the service of the staff! Thank you, Dina

When me and my husband walked in the atmosphere was fine and When we told them what we were there for Brian was so nice and courteous asked how could he help us and when we told him what we were there for he went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. Brian also explained everything to us about the tires and which ones we should choose and we picked from the 2 categories we were given. Overall we had a great experience and left there feeling like we got what we needed and some. While there we found out the brakes was shot so we had to get new brakes done as well. I would diffinitely recommend Goodyear again to family and friends. A great big thanks again to all the staff but especially Brian. He is the man! Have a good one!

I scheduled an appointment with Goodyear for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I even brought my own OEM oil filter — a genuine, factory part specifically for my 28-year-old vehicle — because it’s no longer easy to find. When I arrived, I was told they refused to use the customer-supplied filter, even though it was the correct OEM part and I had gone out of my way to have everything ready for them. It’s frustrating that a company that claims to be customer-focused wouldn’t accommodate such a reasonable request, especially for a classic car that requires a little extra care. I ended up taking my business elsewhere — to a shop that appreciated my preparation and treated me with respect. If you’re someone who takes pride in maintaining your own vehicle or uses OEM parts, I’d recommend going somewhere more flexible and customer-oriented.

Best Goodyear ever. I had my tires changed out here. I used to go to many other tire stores for my replacements. I have had issues getting an estimate on the specific tires I wanted at other shops .. Jasue found the tires I wanted in minutes and an estimate with availability while on the phone. I was able to get them replaced within days of a phone call . The staff when dropping and picking up my car were fabulous and they didn't leave anything in my car but new tires. I'll be back! Thank you again!
